Driven by the advancement of cloud-edge infrastructure, large-scale cluster computing and cross-site collaborative intelligence, high-performance parallel distributed computing and distributed system security have become two equally critical, mutually supportive core domains in modern computing research. Faced with growing computational complexity, heterogeneous node deployment, and exploding volume of multi-source service data and medical imaging data, it is urgent to build efficient collaborative service execution frameworks, while guaranteeing overall system security, node credibility and operational robustness. This track highlights the equal development of secure computing and high-performance parallel/distributed systems, alongside distributed multi-center medical image intelligence. It focuses on distributed system security, parallel cluster scheduling, cloud-edge service collaboration, and large-scale cross-site medical image collaborative processing, to build reliable, efficient, generalized distributed computing paradigms for both general service scenarios and medical imaging application scenarios.
