Introduction

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly large language models, multimodal foundation models, and generative AI, is fundamentally transforming modern healthcare. AI technologies are enabling new paradigms in medical diagnosis, clinical decision support, disease prediction, drug discovery, personalized medicine, and intelligent healthcare services. Meanwhile, the growing availability of electronic health records, medical imaging, wearable sensors, and multi-omics data presents unprecedented opportunities for developing intelligent and trustworthy healthcare systems. Despite remarkable progress, numerous challenges remain, including heterogeneous medical data integration, model reliability, interpretability, privacy preservation, fairness, regulatory compliance, and deployment in real-world clinical environments. This special track aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from artificial intelligence, data science, biomedical informatics, and healthcare to present the latest theoretical advances, innovative researches, and practical applications that drive the next generation of AI-enabled healthcare systems.
