PDCAT 2026 registration is open now. Please click on the link to register for the conference: REGISTER NOW(TODO)

At least one author of each accepted paper must register to ensure that the paper will be included in the PDCAT 2026 conference proceedings. Note that each accepted paper must have at least one full registration.

If you have any special dietary requirements for the conference dinner, please email luohuizhang@hnu.edu.cn by 30 November 2026.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Full registration includes: Access to all PDCAT Workshops and electronic download of the workshop proceedings, catering during conference, and conference banquet.
  2. PDCAT 2026 will adopt a hybrid format, combining both on-site and online presentation.
  3. Cancellation, Refund and No-show Policies
    • No refund for paper registration.
    • Refund is possible ONLY for non-paper-affiliated registrations.
    • No refund would be issued unless a cancellation request with your affiliation stamp is sent to the conference local arrangement chair by 15 November, 2026 (AoE).
    • Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.

Invitation:

  1. Invitation will be sent after successful registration.
  2. Your name must be exactly the same as that on your passport. Any difference between the name on the passport and the name on the invitation or other documents may result in delay / rejection of the visa.
  3. Please note that the Organizing Committee of the conference has no right to assist in the visa process. If your application is rejected, the Organizing Committee of the conference will not be able to change the decision of the Ministry of foreign affairs, and the organizing committee will not discuss or communicate with the embassy. If the applicant’s visa is refused, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
  4. It will take about one month for the embassy to process the visa application. Please register as early as possible to ensure that you have enough time to apply for the visa.
