At least one author of each accepted paper must register to ensure that the paper will be included in the PDCAT 2026 conference proceedings. Note that each accepted paper must have at least one full registration.

If you have any special dietary requirements for the conference dinner, please email luohuizhang@hnu.edu.cn by 30 November 2026.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Full registration includes: Access to all PDCAT Workshops and electronic download of the workshop proceedings, catering during conference, and conference banquet.
2. Cancellation, Refund and No-show Policies
   • No refund for paper registration.
   • Refund is possible ONLY for non-paper-affiliated registrations.
   • No refund would be issued unless a cancellation request with your affiliation stamp is sent to the conference local arrangement chair by 15 November, 2026 (AoE).
   • Refunds will be processed after the conference concludes.
